The team builds a digital twin of your shoppers from your SKUs, brand guidelines and customer insights, then agrees your competitors and focus areas with you to create the prompts. Tracking data takes about a month to mature. During that time, Azoma's platform generates recommendations based on how your products score on the 5 C's of Agentic Commerce.
How does setup on Azoma work?
- You share your inputs. Azoma collects your SKUs, brand guidelines, target audience profiles and customer insights. You can share these as Excel or PDF files.
- Azoma builds your digital twin. The digital twin models your shoppers from marketplace data, keywords and customer personas, and maps the prompts they ask AI shopping agents.
- Azoma generates your prompt set. Prompts come from the digital twin, public Q&A, marketplace data and keyword data, shaped by the competitors and focus areas you agreed.
- You agree competitors and focus areas with Azoma. Azoma agrees with you the competitors to benchmark against, and the categories, products and shopper needs that matter most to you. These shape your prompt set.
- Tracking starts. Azoma begins tracking your visibility across the AI shopping agents and markets you've chosen. These can include Alexa for Shopping, Walmart Sparky, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, Instacart Clementine, Lazada Lazzie and Target Shopping Assistant.

While the data matures, Azoma's platform generates initial recommendations in four areas, supported by presentations and calls:

- Reddit: building your brand's presence in the community discussions AI agents draw on.
- On-site content: creating and optimizing content on your own website that answers the questions shoppers ask AI.

Can I change my prompts after setup?
Yes. Your prompts can be changed at any point after setup.
